PRO-ACTIVE London is continueing its policy of club support and development by providing a workshop centred around customer experience in the club setting.
The are considerable benefits of developing a welcoming culture and creating great experiences. The key one is that Activity Providers who are welcoming have more members and make more money.
The project is currently being piloted in several parts of the capital in partnership with several National governing bodies and the delivery agency Sports Marketing Network.
