Our Community Sports Trust is looking for a self motivated Volunteer Administrator to provide administrative support to the Community Champions Volunteer Programme.
Our Community Sports Trust is looking for a self motivated Volunteer Administrator to provide administrative support to the Community Champions Volunteer Programme.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery of the Community Volunteer Strategy
To maintain the administration of the volunteering programme database and partnership / contacts database.
To organise events and recruitment fairs
To support the marketing of volunteer events and courses through mailouts and leaflet distribution.
To maintain and work office filing systems both on computer and in hard copy formats, including archiving and document management, including our photo archive.
To support the completion of funding bids, claims and monitoring and evaluation reports.
Fielding customer phone calls, including general queries and course bookings ensuring they are dealt with quickly and effectively
To assist with data capture from all activities to help grow the database
Candidates must have obtained an NVQ/BTEC Administration qualification, have previous administration experience, first class organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
